Angstrom Precision Optics has a rich history in the Rochester NY area. Founded in 1998 by John O’Herron APO has grown into an 8000 sq ft manufacturing facility with 15 employees. Principles John O’Herron and Ron Schulmerich share over 30 years each in the optical fabrication industry. Continuous investment in equipment and personnel has lead APO to be a world leader in the processing of optical components. Their combined experience has allowed APO to become a fore runner in the polishing and CNC machining of optical materials.
