The Quality System at
APO is a living entity within the corporate structure and complies to the intent of ISO 9002
2000. Our goal is to be registered by the summer of 2003.
Inspection for dimensional characteristics is aided by the use of our Nikon
measurescope coupled with a Metronics Quadra Check 2000. This system is
also complemented by a Spectra Services Vision System that allows us to
optically inspect physical characteristics to 0.001 (0.00004").
General inspection is achieved with the confidence that our calibration system
is traceable to NIST Standards and in compliance with MIL-STO-45662..
Inspection of 10-5 or better optics cannot be completed with
confidence without our Certified Class 10000 Clean Room.
APO prides itself on the assurance that when you receive your
optics they will not only meet but exceed your requirements.
